The building that makes you rise above the quay. There you can see the sun late in the day. New purposes can transform Spatial spaces into new needs in the future. Utility functions are below ground,, while large windows take in light from the east and south. Visitors are invited to new vistas thanks to their unique height on site.
Stairs are thematically created topography in an otherwise flat place. The view on Skeppsbron is stunning; the building creates direction and a water hole in the monotone. The blue sinusoidal sheet contrasts with the ocher-coloured Old Town and the thoughts of water and sea.
Two triangular structures are above ground for dining and recreation, and a sizeable hidden structure is below ground for the marketplace and service functions.
